How did we help?
Through a collaborative process we worked with Eleven Inc. to define specific goal categories that were directly linked to the business strategy. This helped us to develop a core set of behavior competencies that defined how their work was to be performed.
Firstly, we identified core competencies that were integral to Eleven’s culture and included them in the performance management review process.
We then reviewed all employee goals with senior management to ensure business alignment to individual team member goals. This process included designing specific SMART Goals via a custom-designed goal writing workshop for all leaders and their colleagues to determine goal categories that were aligned to key strategic priorities.
The end result was an inspiring performance management culture that reflects the values of Eleven Inc., while at the same time aligning all activities to key business initiatives:
- Employees are now more cognizant of company values because their performance is being measured against them
- Employees know exactly how their efforts drive company results because their individual goals are directly aligned to agency priorities
